How to write a good versus line
Keep the two sides parallel — same length, same grammar — so the contrast does the work: “Meetings vs messages”, “Renting forever vs buying the dip”, “My plans vs my energy”. The rejected side goes first; the approved side gets the last word, which is where the joke lands.
Three-label stories — a current commitment, a person, and a temptation — need the Distracted Boyfriend layout instead; pick it from the layout menu and your first line becomes the commitment, your second the distraction.
